Agreement

As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of FundYourFX, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please review the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting FundYourFX as an Affiliate.

By participating in the Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to legally advertise our website and receive commissions on memberships and product purchases made by individuals referred to FundYourFX through your marketing efforts.

By signing up for the FundYourFX Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and accept this Agreement.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. You have no legal recourse if your application is denied.

Prohibited Traffic and Fraudulent Activities

We do not accept or compensate affiliates who generate traffic primarily from:

• Coupon Code Pages that engage in SEO optimization to rank for discount-related searches without adding real value.
• Websites or sources that do not provide additional traffic or genuine promotional efforts.
• Fraudulent activities such as fake referrals, self-referrals, or artificial traffic generation.
• Misleading promotions, including false claims or deceptive advertising practices.

Any affiliate found engaging in these activities will have their commissions revoked and their account terminated.

Commission Structure

• Payouts will be processed every Friday, provided the affiliate meets the payout threshold.
• Commissions will be paid only when the accumulated amount reaches a minimum threshold of $150.
• Payments are made via bank transfer or crypto only. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by their payment provider.
• The referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days for commissions to be valid.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited—affiliates will not receive commissions on their own purchases.
• Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

Tracking Cookie & Attribution

• FundYourFX uses tracking cookies that last for 60 days.
• Commissions will be awarded based on a last-click attribution model, meaning the most recent referral link clicked before purchase determines the commission.

Termination

Your participation in the Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Use of spam, misleading advertising, or false claims.
• Promoting illegal activities or violating intellectual property rights.
• Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship where legally required (e.g., Federal Trade Commission guidelines).
• Offering rebates, kickbacks, or incentives from your affiliate commission.
• Coupon Code Traffic that does not generate additional referral traffic or add promotional value.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or suspected affiliate fraud.

FundYourFX reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

Affiliate Links and Promotion

Affiliates are allowed to:

• Use text and graphic links on their website, emails, and online/offline advertisements.
• Create promotional content, provided it complies with our advertising guidelines.

However, affiliates may not:

• Use unauthorized FundYourFX branding or trademarks without permission.
• Promote through coupon code websites or SEO-optimized discount pages.
• Mislead customers about promotions or services.

Compliance with Laws & Regulations

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on disclosure requirements.
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for handling customer data.
• CAN-SPAM Act and other laws related to email marketing and advertising.

Violations of these laws will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions.

Tax Responsibility

• Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their commissions.
• FundYourFX does not withhold taxes on affiliate earnings.

Modification of Terms

• FundYourFX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
• Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
