At the very top of the trading interface, you’ll see a button labeled “Window.” Selecting this option and then clicking “New Window” will bring up a menu from which you may pick the currency pair or CFD you desire to trade. To create an order, click “New Order” on the MT4 toolbar or press F9 on your keyboard. A new window called “Order” will open. From there, you’ll see that there are a few things that need to be changed so you can place a trade the way you want.
You can choose which asset to trade, the number of lots traded, and the level at which a stop-loss and take-profit function is carried out. After you’ve filled out all the fields, you can move on to the last step of placing your order. If you choose “Market Execution” as your order type, you can buy or sell the selected asset. To do this, click the “Sell” or “Buy” button, and the order will be placed.
