Is FundYourFX a regulated company?

We are not a financial institute and do not provide any financial services. A license isn’t a legal requirement to operate a proprietary trading firm. Only prop firm involved in brokerage requires a license. Because of our business model and the fact that we are not a broker, we do not come under the regulatory framework.  We trade using our fund’s capital, with the support of our professional funded traders. Prop trading is only regulated at large financial institutions that act as commercial banks.
